instructor, the Level 3 program is perfect for you if:
- You’ve just had a baby via a normal vaginal delivery or have medical clearance after a C-section.
- You stayed fit during your pregnancy by strength training and/or practicing Pilates at least three times a week.
- Your pelvic floor feels pretty normal. Sneezes don’t scare you and you aren’t afraid of a little coughing.
- You have an abdominal separation (diastasis recti) that you’re healing with correct core abdominal muscle activation.
- You’re able to follow a safe but super challenging Pilates-based program under the guidance of a physiotherapist.
- You’re ready to take your core fitness to the next level.
