Well Christmas is nearly here…Wow, can you believe that? This year has flown by!
Firstly, out of respect, we’d like to take this time to remember the victims of the recent seige in Martin Place, Tori Johnson and Katrina Dawson. Our thoughts and prayers are with their families during this challenging time. Tori and Katrina will forever live on in our hearts. We hope that the holiday season now brings peace, happiness and hope for the future.

Finally, as promised to our Instagram followers – a little holiday gift from us to you…
Here’s the recipe for yummy chocolate bliss balls. Enjoy!
Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
200g pitted dates
1 cup hazelnuts or walnuts (or can substitute other nuts of choice)
2 tablespoons chia
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
3 heaped tablespoons raw cacao powder
3 heaped tablespoons coconut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
Desiccated coconut for coating
Method:
Place the nuts, chia and sunflower seeds in a food processor and blitz until coarsely ground
Add remaining ingredients and blitz until dates are pureed and the mixture starts to come together
Take spoonfuls of the mixture and roll together to form a ball
Coat in extra coconut and keep in the fridge to keep firm
(If you don’t refrigerate them, they will be quite soft but still perfectly edible.)
Have a happy Christmas and a safe new year with your family and friends.
We look forward to hearing from you and being part of your lives in 2015! xx
