Meet Tracy

Hi, I'm Tracy.

So my story is I am a mother of two and was needing to improve my strength for all areas of the body, especially my back and abdominals. I had a 3cm abdominal separation after my second child and felt it was time to begin reducing that and improving my core strength.

I came across the BBB program online and decided it was made for me. Having two kids and starting back at work, it had been hard to find time to look after myself. The BBB program helped me to improve my core strength and develop a better routine of exercise into my daily life. Going to the gym is too expensive especially with having to find a gym that has childcare as it makes it even more expensive! So doing the workouts at home has limited costs and also the kids can enjoy them with me.

The intense workouts that included core, legs and mid back were some of my favourites and I would choose certain parts of workouts to add on to my daily workout.

Before BBB

  • I had struggled to developing a routine of good eating and regular exercise
  • Found it difficult with a 7 month old and a 3 year old to find anything that would suit
  • I had an abdominal separation more than 3cm
  • Wanted to improve my posture, strength and core

After BBB

  • BBB helped me to develop a good safe routine of exercise with the 20 minute workouts fitting into my day and walking with the kids to the park, with some days jogging with the pram as the eldest would be riding ahead on the push bike
  • I now try and continue the 20 minutes a day and walking regularly, with occasional jogging
  • The recipe I enjoyed the most would be the birch muesli

  • Having access to workouts at home and recipes really encourages me to look after myself and make time for a healthier me
