Meet Meg, Body Beyond Birth’s Nutritionist

Body Beyond Birth made understanding healthy eating a focal part of our program. What would a focus on exercise be without proper advice on nutrition and healthy eating without the advice of a proper nutritionist?

Luckily, we have Meg to help you make all kinds of sound healthy eating decisions!

“My goal is to give you research-based information which empowers you to achieve your nutritional goals and be a happy, healthy and confident woman. Understanding your body’s dietary needs will help you to make good choices for life – for both you and your family.”

Since completing her degree with honours in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2002, Meg spent over 10 years working as a dietitian across all clinical areas in public hospitals. Following her passion for women and children’s health, she decided to set-up her own private practice in 2012, where she met Becky and Jackie.

We are excited to have Meg as a member of our Body Beyond Birth family. Being a mother of 3 boys, she gets the challenges mums face on a daily basis. She has developed some practical resources and tools to help you navigate your way around the world of food which will have a positive impact on the health of you and your family.
