Hi, I'm Tracy.
So my story is I am a mother of two and was needing to improve my strength for all areas of the body, especially my back and abdominals. I had a 3cm abdominal separation after my second child and felt it was time to begin reducing that and improving my core strength.
I came across the BBB program online and decided it was made for me. Having two kids and starting back at work, it had been hard to find time to look after myself. The BBB program helped me to improve my core strength and develop a better routine of exercise into my daily life. Going to the gym is too expensive especially with having to find a gym that has childcare as it makes it even more expensive! So doing the workouts at home has limited costs and also the kids can enjoy them with me.
The intense workouts that included core, legs and mid back were some of my favourites and I would choose certain parts of workouts to add on to my daily workout.
