Hi, I'm Sacha.
I’m a Mum of twins, I work in PR and live in Sydney.
I joined BBB about two months after the birth of my babies. I had an abdominal separation and my doctor had cleared me for gentle exercise.
I looked into a few different at-home options but ultimately felt more confident about BBB knowing the classes were physio advised.
I went ahead with BBB Level One and was super happy with my choice. The classes are easy to follow, the instruction is fun and the 20min classes are a safe commitment, even with newborns.
As the girls grew, I would practise in front of them in their bouncers and they enjoyed watching the movement, they eventually even started mimicking which was super cute. I’m now moving on to Level Two!

Favourite BBB move/exercise/piece of advice
For me, as a first time Mum, the difference in mobility was instant. The warm up really targeted the areas that ached – neck, shoulders, wrists, hips, so I really recommend doing the 5 min warm up before each class. If you do it in the morning when you get a chance, you’ll notice a difference throughout the day. I started slowly as I couldn’t always find the time, but as soon as I was able to consistently practise, I felt so much stronger, happier and healthier as a result.

Be kind to yourself and (as I was reminded by BBB) even 5 minutes of exercise counts!
