Coriander/mint/basil combination would work really well too for a twist on this
recipe. BBQ chicken is easily used here for time-saving purposes and the recipe prepares well in advance, whether the sauce or the entire dish making lunch or a late-night dinner a cinch!
A vegetarian recipe variation would be tofu in place of chicken or prawns. There are endless filling options for these and they store well. Get the kids involved in the wrapping too. Although a mild heat, leave the chilli flakes out of the dipping sauce and prawns if need be.
