I love the BBB 12 week program. With three kids under five and a 12 week old baby, getting out to exercise is a bit of a challenge, but BBB is so easy to do at home whenever it fits into the day. There is lots of variety in the exercise programs and they can be as long or as short as I have time for! I’ve really felt an improvement in my core and fitness in 6 weeks and am feeling much better about my post baby body. Becky clearly knows her stuff. She gives great guidance and gives me confidence to so the exercises properly and avoid injury. I can’t recommend the 12 week program highly enough!
I looked forward to my workout everyday, perfect length to fit in, even with 3 little ones at home. I’m walking taller, feeling strong and energetic. This is not just a thing to do for 12 weeks; this is a lifestyle change that I will be continuing long term. Thanks BBB!
I loved, loved, loved this program! I only wish I had the time to do more workouts!!! It has been the most effective type of exercise I’ve done post baby and has helped me regain muscle tone and strength. I feel almost as good now as I did before I had my baby.
I LOVE the program! It has allowed me to regain strength after having my babies and exercise in the comfort of my own living room at a time suitable to me! My core and pelvic floor are stronger than ever before and I am proud to say that I can now hold a plank for longer than my husband can!!!
I think the program is really great for mums that have just given birth and want to ease back into exercise.
