I love the BBB 12 week program. With three kids under five and a 12 week old baby, getting out to exercise is a bit of a challenge, but BBB is so easy to do at home whenever it fits into the day. There is lots of variety in the exercise programs and they can be as long or as short as I have time for! I’ve really felt an improvement in my core and fitness in 6 weeks and am feeling much better about my post baby body. Becky clearly knows her stuff. She gives great guidance and gives me confidence to so the exercises properly and avoid injury. I can’t recommend the 12 week program highly enough!
