  • You’ve just had a baby via a normal vaginal delivery.
  • You stayed fit during your pregnancy by strength training and/or practicing Pilates at least three times a week.
  • Your pelvic floor feels pretty normal. Sneezes don’t scare you and you aren’t afraid of a little coughing.
  • You have an abdominal separation that you’re healing with correct core abdominal muscle activation.
  • You’re able to follow a safe but super challenging Pilates-based program under the guidance of a physiotherapist.
